THE CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY CIQ NANTONG BRANCH.. THE EXPORTER DOES NOT WANT TO HEAR FROM US ANYTHING AND WE HAVE SENT HIM VISA TO COME TO CHECK THE GOODS , WE HAVE MADE SURVEYS SHOWING A 22% INSECTS..... CAN YOU PLEASE HELP.. To be honest, in 2007 we also came across one quality tramedy on broad bean, of higher pesticide residue of 3 containers of broad bean.. Later the importer sent samples to SGS Shanghai and finally proved indeed of bad performance. Our solution is to ship all goods back to us, and pay back all money that we have received... In fact, this problem involved account is bigger than our 2007 profit, but finally we chose to pay back, as it is our fault(We have not done our work perfectly..) I want this matter tells us that the key point is, to find somebody that is indeed reliable,somebody not only willing to share the happiness of success,more important willing to suffer and survive from accidents.. But I am afraid that CIQ would not do anythings behind the documents, as Nobody in CIQ dares do that, which is a matter of his/her salary pocket. It stands a possibility that this exporters exchanges the good inspeted goods after inspection, and use some bad quality inside shipped containers..
