China has made another great leap forward. In just 4 months they have eradicated food safety and product safety problems. The program was an astounding success according to Pu Changcheng, vice minister of the General Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.
During this 4 month campaign they have registered 98,000 food processors as well as working on developing traceback systems to monitor the food. In addition they have stopped or slowed the use of non food materials, recycled food, color agents, and harmful preservatives.
It is amazing that they have been able to resolve this problem in 4 months, a problem that has persisted for century’s is all of a sudden resolved.
