Chinese Kosher Food

Here is a new twist on kosher foods. China is trying to use “kosher” as a disguise for selling Chinese products with the implication that it equates to “safe”. An interesting concept and I wonder just how naive the customer is about “kosher” versus “safe”. (A furniture manufacture wants to be Kosherized? Kosher furniture is that marketable??)
